PAEDIATRIC INFRATENTORIAL MENINGIOMA: CASE REPORT

Meningiomas are the second most common primary tumor of the central nervous system, most of which occur in adults. Pediatric meningiomas are extremely rare, comprising about 2.5% of all meningiomas and 2.2% of all childhood and adolescent tumors in central nervous system. We present a case of a 15-year-old male with headaches for 1 year and unsteady gait for 5 months. On examination had papilledema grade 2 on fundoscopy and midline cerebellar signs .The case is presented in detail and a review of the recent literature reviewed.
